All our swing and sliding gates are fully compliant and come with all required safety devices, this can include safety edges, dual photocells, flashing beacons and induction loops. The automation will depend on the size of the gates, the required operations and environment. After installation, the completed system will have a force limitation test.
We can manufacture swing gates up to 3m tall and 8m opening, the gate frames can have a wide range of infills, such as –
- 358 mesh, also know as prison mesh, this is fixed using anti tamper fixings.
- Palisade infill
- Bar or tube infill
- Paladin or eco mesh
The gate frames are fully welded mitred box section, we can prepare the frames to incorporate electro-magnetic locks.
The gates are hung using a heavy duty adjustable hinge, pre-welded to 150×150 posts. The posts can either be concreted in or base plated to be fixed down.
